Bill was instrumental in forming the Upper American River Foundation (UARF). Bill is now working full time with the State of California as an Environmental Scientist, and he is actively involved as a Board Member on several non-profit watershed and sportsman’s organizations in the Central Valley and Sierra Nevada. 916-601-9954 wetemplin@att.net https://www.facebook.com/wetemplin?fref=ts
